John Lewis The Bear & The Hare

I am extremely proud to have been a part of this wonderful advert directed by Elliot Dear and Yves Geleyn.
i wasn't an animator on this (not that good....yet!!) as BlinkInk had spared no expense in getting the incredible Aaron Blaise onboard as lead animator!
i was part of the colourist/shadows team, a role which gave me an insight to how these godly animators work. i feel i learned a lot from seeing how they use gestures, spacing and timing as well as restraining the movements. now i just need to retain that knowledge and apply it in my work!
i cant expand on the production method right now, so you'll just have to wait until monday for the making of video!
